Aside from some editorial fixes, this update synchronizes IPPSIX with the recent updates to the Cloud Imaging Model. The major implementation/binding change is to merge the Set-Output-Device-Attributes and Update-Output-Device-State operations into a single Update-Output-Device-Attributes operation.
Also, Reset-Fetchable-Jobs is now called Update-Active-Jobs, and the new "job-states" operation attribute is used to pass around the current job states for each job ID. Invalid job IDs in an Update-Active-Jobs operation are returned in the invalid attributes group (instead of the 'invalid' job state that was suggested in the F2F meeting) to provide a cleaner, more IPP-like binding.
