[IPP] Updated stable draft of PWG Safe G-Code posted

I have posted an updated stable draft of the PWG Safe G-Code best practices document to:

This update is mostly editorial with one small paragraph added in section 5 to clarify that a Printer SHOULD stop sending G-Code as soon as possible after a client cancels a job, and then return the printer to an idle state (feedback from the August F2F).

The plan is to do a brief IPP WG last call followed by a PWG Last Call.
