1. Section 5.2 printer-alert should add Conformance bullet stating if there
are no alerts present the value of this attribute will be a blank string.
2. Section 5.3 printer-alert-description should add a Conformance bullet
stating if no alerts present the value of this attribute will be a blank
string.
3. Should also add a note concerning existing implementations that report
'code=other'.
