I have posted an updated prototype draft of the IPP Encrypted Jobs and Documents v1.0 (TRUSTNOONE) specification to:

The major change in the new draft is that S/MIME is back and (once again) required, now that S/MIME 4.0 is out and provides a safe set of ciphersuites.
