Just for the record, the English Wikipedia article Paper size has a section dedicated to those Chinese D sizes and notes that D0 through D6 are also known by power-of-two aliases 1K through 64K, although they differ from other traditional East-Asian paper sizes that hare those designations. I see these size names at the IANA registry already, but the linked reference [IPP-20250919] < https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/registrations/vendor-ipp-20250919.txt > (which would be equivalent to the mail I am responding to) leads to a 404 error. I also noted that most references labeled [PWG5101.1] there lead to < https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/candidates/cs-pwgmsn21-20230915-5101.1.pdf >, while some still link to < https://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/candidates/cs-pwgmsn20-20130328-5101.1.pdf >.
