Updated as per feedback from February 2026 F2F:

  *   Updated Abstract
  *   Updated Introduction
  *   Removed unused definitions in section 2
  *   Updated section 4 including Figure 1 and added Table 1, and aligned on how to handle the attributes in Table 1
  *   Added new “printer-new-firmware-policy-configured” and “printer-new-firmware-policy-supported” attributes, to support section 4.5
