yes, if
1. jobmon is not somewhere under printmib
2. you don't have something like
jobmonMIB.2 jobmonNotifications
in which case then
jobmonMIB.3 jobmonMIBconformance
would move down one arc

not my decision, but it would be my best guess that it will end up there

it might go either way ... but you shouldn't worry about that ... you should
worry about getting the stuff after the prefix right and the prefix should
get taken care of when you move from internet draft to rfc and the
parent of jobmobMIB is determined (it is probably { experimental something }
right now, right?
