Harry,
The Job Monitoring MIB is intended for use in job management
applications. It is currently supported by several printer vendors.
It is an Informational RFC due to a reduction in scope of the IETF.
Due to an extremely large increase in their activity they will no
longer publish SNMP MIBs that are not directly related to
network management.
The MIB also has provided a good model for use in IPP.
