A partially updated version of the MFD overall spec is posted at

Sorry, I apparently hit the accept all at some point, so some of the changes
are not marked; however, the change notice at the rear is fairly complete.
Picture still need to be replaced. Some significant questions remain, some
highlighted in Yellow. And, of course, there still is more work to do in
translating information from the schema and coming up with element
descriptions.
