I've just posted a new Interim draft of the FaxIn Service at:

The remaining open issues are:
(1) Are multiple document jobs optionally supported for FaxIn? The above
support
is not in schema v1.35.
(2) Need to add FaxLogURI to FaxinServiceDescription in SM XML Schema, per
June 2010 F2F.
(3) Need a complete description (and diagram?) of FaxIn Job lifecycle and
various
InputChannel types applicable (see change log below).
(4) Need to add InputChannelId (value of InputChannelStatus.Id) to
FaxInJobStatus
to distinguish the InputChannel that this fax was received on (‘mailto:’
versus ‘fax:’)
– per June F2F minutes.
(5) Review and delete unsuitable operations remaining in the following 3
tables
(mandatory/optional user operations and admin operations).
(6) Clean up all references.
