My apologies for the delay in replying about System-level Resource stuff.
I'd like to add most of the basic Resource operations defined in section 8.1
of the
Resource Service [PWG5108.03] to the SystemControlService (OPTIONAL to
support at System level):
- DeleteResource
- RetrieveResource
- GetResourceElements
- ListResources
- StoreResource
- ReplaceResource *
- SetResourceElements *
* - I live without these, as they're bells and whistles.
For elements, I like to see 3 elements added to SystemHealth
for Firmware/ResidentApplication/UserApplicationResourceID
(pointers that are allowed to be zero - let's management s/w
query the Resource associated with a given bit of software).
