The name is just a placeholder or TBD for whatever we come up with later, as these transforms evolve --

Some of the transforms we come up with will inform the cloud requirements spec to some degree because they will 
require some common enabling technology -- I've already run into a couple of things regarding my proposal that will no doubt
need help from the framework -- but I don't consider these application specific, just part of the common cloud "problem space".

I will send a follow-up note to the cloud list regarding one or more of these enabling or "helper" capabilities
