The PAR must be presented and approved by a Sponsor Body like the MSC before it
can go to the Standards Board. The next meeting of the MSC is October 11th.

I don't intend to have a e-mail review and discussion again on the
refrector regarding the contents is the PAR.
I understand that everyone agreeded to the reviewed PAR at the PWG
meeting in July,and I also agree with it.
My concern is just want to see it on the web,and being submitted to MSC
on time.
For your information.
The next IEEE-SA Standard board meeting is scheduled to be held on
September 16th.
So the deadline to submit the PAR is August 6.
