Okay, maybe we need some background info for the people
on the reflector.
The 1394TA Architecture WG at Maui agreed to take up the work item of bringing up a
"p1212r instance directory keyword list".
The DSI-WG (as well as the other WGs) need to feed the architecture WG with
DSI-related keyword proposals.
This "brainstorming" procedure can be done on the DSI reflector, and the PWG and PWG-C
can bring their ideas and feed them through the DSI-WG reflector as well
The following keywords were proposed at the DSIWG
CAMERA
PRINTER
SCANNER
DISPLAY
STORAGE
FACSIMILE
COPIER
MODEM
STILL-IMAGE
MULTIFUNCTION
Brian's contribution was an addition to this.
Please keep in mind the intent of keywords
(device description, not software description,
brief description - detailed features can be included in feature directories)
when thinking about this.
p.s. I think we can do without "BLACK-WHITE", if we have "COLOR".
