Yes, I did with Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.01. I emailed Eric Hannah
directly and discovered that he created the file in Acrobat 4.0 and
made it 3.x compatible. I downloaded Acrobat Reader 4.0 and can now
view the file without any problems. There might be something flakey
with creating files compatible with older versions of the reader.
