Once again I find myself breaching my own preferences for "netiquette", but
the attached document (within a ZIP file) is petite.
It completes an action item I had to sort out various combinations of resp,
sbp_status, status and residual in the SBP-2 status block for a transport
flow ORB.
Keep in mind that it's an INITIAL effort, meant as the start of a discussion
in Durham and not meant as the last word.
