PDM> New property template on ftp site

There is an updated property template on the trp site, version 0.92.

This contains comments about the new guidelines for naming, and removes
a number of the elements that we did not use, such as the last half of
the set of datatypes.  \

And as a trivial example of its application, there is a new version of
the Interlock group,
