Minutes:
1) This is the function that is intended to solve the "and then a Miracle
happens"
when a client originates a job directly to the PS when the PS cannot contact
the
Target.
Looking at this method lead to lots of good discussion around some of the
methods that have not to date been scrutinized as closely as the main stream
methods.
Summary:
1) Create does not make sense in the method name, job was already created
this just
says go get it. Method name changed to just fetchJob.
2) This kicks off the getJobs method
3) Followed by getNextJob
0) Another out come was that associateTargetDevice was sorta half baked and
we really
only need registerTargetDevice.
