We completed a pretty thorough pass through Alan's last-call
version of PSI Requirements spec this morning. Only editorial
changes (for clarity or consistency) were found.
Next steps:
* Fri 31 Oct - new version of PSI Protocol spec to be posted
for two-week last call
* Tue 4 Nov - PSI telecon - address any further last-call
comments on PSI Requirements spec (Alan will lead).
* Fri 7 Nov - last-call ends on PSI Requirements spec
* Tue 11 Nov - PSI telecon - address any last-call comments
on PSI Protocol spec (Dave will lead - Alan on vacation).
* Fri 14 Nov - last-call ends on PSI Protocol spec (if Dave
and I got it out by Fri 31 Oct).
* ??? Nov - call for Formal Vote on PSI Requirements spec
* ??? Nov - call for Formal Vote on PSI Protocol spec
