This is the same assumption that TIP/SI makes: the paper that is currently in
the tray is the same as the paper that WAS in the tray when the job was
printed.
While most of the time this is true statement, it is not a guarantee. If this
mib is to be used as an accounting tool, don't we want to provide accurate
information?
