     The error message "whitespace expected" is literal.  In the offending 
     line,
     
           <!ELEMENT EXPUNITS(EXPRAMS,EXPFONTCARDS,EXPDUPLEXS,EXPPAPERSOUR
     CES,EXPPAPERDESTINATIONS,EXPINSERTERS,EXPSTORAGES)>
     
     there really needs to be a whitespace between EXPUNITS and the '('.
     
     There is a similar mistake further up aroune line 258.
