(1) Change title of document on page 1 to:

    Web-based Imaging Management Service (WIMS)
            Abstract Protocol V1.0

    (because the name of the whole project is WIMS and this is now just
    the abstract protocol spec)

(2) Rename section 4.3 to 'Example of Remote Fleet Management', revise
    text, and revise sequence diagram to number processing steps and
    include connect/authenticate and disconnect exchanges.

(3) Add new section 4.4 'Example of Enterprise Management' containing
    new sequence diagram below and explanatory notes.

(4) Revise end of first paragraph of section 5:

    one of the protocol bindings defined in Appendix A.
    -->
    one of the protocol bindings identified in section 5.6.2.

(5) Delete following phrase from fourth paragraph of section 5:

    (see Appendix A of this WIMS specification).

(6) Revise the end of second paragraph of section 5.6:

    are specified in Appendix A of this specification.
    -->
    Extensions to the PWG standard query parameters 'auth'
    (Authentication) and 'sec' (Security) and one new PWG standard query
    parameter 'binding' (Protocol Stack) are specified below.

(7) Add new section 6.1.4 'Status Strings':

    All WIMS operation responses MUST include processing status in the
    'statusString' parameter, which contains one of the well-known
    values defined by the PWG Semantic Model/1.0 [PWG5105.1] in the
    'StatusStringWKV' enumeration in 'PwgWellKnownValues.xsd'.  The
    semantics of each value are defined by IETF IPP/1.1 [FC2911] in
    section 3.1.6.1 'status-code' and in section 13 'Status Codes and
    Suggested Status Code Messages'.

(8) Move contents of Appendix A section 13.1 to section 5.6, to specify
    'auth', 'sec', and 'binding' query parameters.

(9) Delete remainder of Appendix A section 13.
