Harry has indicated that he will be available at noon EDT on Friday 6 May
(and I now have the passcode in case he cannot make it.) So, unless there
are some objections, I am rescheduling the WIMS conference call for 12-1 EDT

I have posted an update to the Counter Spec reflecting last Wednesday's
discussion. This includes Jerry's suggestion on adding units, types and
limits to the counter definitions in section 4. Note that this is an interim
