I have just posted the complete set of WIMS XML schema, which validate
without warnings using XML SPY 2004, XRay 2.0, and XSV 2.8 (the free XML
Schema Validator) at:

These are minor edits to prepare the schema for Last Call,
including the replacement in Actions of 'XxxAgentURI' with
'XxxAgentReference'. In the protocol parameters, but NOT
in the schema, 'SenderURI' also should be changed to
'SenderReference'.
