This question came up during the last concall.  I did not have the
opportunity to raise the question at the CIM Core WG meeting last week.
However, in researching the classes to put the question into an email, I
found that the answer is pretty clear.  

CIM_JobQueue contains several properties that are not appropriate to
CIM_PrintQueue, e.g., MaxTimeOnQueue, MaxJobsOnQueue, and MaxJobCPUTime.
Even ignoring the question of whether one can inherit from an experimental
class, I do not think we want to clutter CIM_PrintQueue with such
properties.  Analogous ones, maybe, but that's an item for Phase 3.  

I propose that we drop the idea of changing the inheritance of
CIM_PrintQueue.
