[WIMS] Sept 23 Teleconference minutes

The minutes of the September23 teleconference meeting are posted at:

Note that, with a few modifications that should be posted soon, the Imaging
Power Management documents will be entering WIMS working group last call.
The objective is to go into PWG last call prior to the October Face-to-face
meeting. I suggest that all interested parties take a crack at these now.

WIMS conference call is scheduled for 7 October.
