NOTE: Immediately after first posting the updated base PWG Power
Management Model today, I realized I hadn't finished (or added to the
Change Log) fixing the typos found by Lexmark during PWG Last Call.
All of these corrections have been made, the Change Log updated, and
the document posted again.

for PWG Formal Vote:
