The December 17, 2002 version of the XHTML-Print specification has been
released (http://www.pwg.org/xhtml-print/HTML-Version/XHTML-Print.html).

New for this version:

1. removal of the width attribute of the table element. See
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/www/hypermail/xp/0105.html for more information.
