Subject: XP> The css property counter-reset

Hello,

The XHTML-Print Draft 0.95 (Jan 1, 2002) specification implicitly requires
support for the counter-reset property. Page 20, Section 6.3.2.1 indicates
the counter-reset is a value of @page, therefore implying that it is
required.

Therefore, I have marked counter-reset as required in the latest version of
the CSS Print Profile, available from
http://www.pwg.org/xhtml-print/HTML-Version/CSS-Print.html
