An issue on January 7 version of XHTML-Print.
The fourth item in section 2.3.1 allows the use of Form Feed character
(&000C;) as whitespace. This does not make sense since the use of
control characters is not allowed (except for tab, carriage return, and
line feed) in XML 1.0.
