My initial comments regarding document vs device centric is that, while=
it may
seem natural to say... we are just making a MIB to manage a device... I=
don't
believe the MIB information is a useful "in a vacuum" as it would be if=

correlated with the same paradigm used in submission. Why have one way =
of
thinking about finishing axis if you are writing job submission applica=
tions
(i.e. likely to be derived from the DPA definition) and another, potent=
ially
very different way of thinking if you are trying to use information der=
ived
from the MIB?
