Finisher MIB Changes to create version 15

1. (Pg 4) Replaced entire section 1.3 with new IETF boiler
   plate.

2. (Pg 4-5) Added section 1.4 to explain read-write objects.

3. (Pg 22) All new text for section 6 "Enumerations"

4. (Pg 23) Changed "ianafinisher" to "ianafinisherMIB".

5. (Pg 23) Added the copyright notice to the DESCRIPTION
   clause and updated the MIB revision. DESCRIPTION clauses
   were completely rewritten.

6. (Pg 29) Added the copyright notice to the DESCRIPTION
   clause and updated the MIB revision.

7. (Pg 33,37) Added text to explain the meaning of zero.
    (finSupplyDeviceIndex, finSupplyMediaInputDeviceIndex,
     finSupplyMediaInputSupplyIndex)

8. (Pg 34) Added (-3..2147483647) to finSupplyCurrentLevel.

9. (Pg 35,40) Revised the DESCRIPTION clause and added a
   REFERENCE clause to include the Media Names Standard.
   (finSupplyColorName, finSupplyMediaInputMediaType)

10. (Pg 45) Added section 10, "Intellectual Property".

11. (Pg 45-46) Added section 11, "Internationalization
    Considerations".

12. (Pg 46) Moved references to RFCs 2578, 2579, 2580, 
   DPA, LMO to the Normative References Section.

13. (Pg 46) Added reference for PWG Media Names Standard.

14. (Pg 46) Added reference to RFC 2434 & 3410.  Removed
   references to RFCs 1155, 1157, 1212, 1215, 1901, 1905,
   1906, 2570, 2571, 2572, 2573, 2574, 2575.

15. (Pg 46-48) Revised Security section with new IETF
   boiler plate.

16. Removed all references to Type 1, 2, 3 enumerations from
    all textual convention descriptions.
