Recent announcements about IPP seem to indicate that people wish to use it
as a possible 'internet fax' replacement. We've had some preliminary discussions
on how IPP might be used to accomplish the Internet Fax goals of message
transmission, addressing, cover page generation, capabilities exchange,
message privacy and authentication. In most of the cases, the mapping seems
like it will be straightfoward, but the devil is in the details.
I'm willing to present the issues and lead the discussion if there is
30 minutes to spare (e.g., if there's not much more 'IESG feedback' to
discuss than there is already).
