I would certainly like to hear your presentation on this issue if Jim
Rafferty can find the time.

But it was my understanding that the IPP folks were not interested in
supporting raster content ie TIFF-Plus.

Fax is a "dead" technology after all <g>. A 30 Billion dollar business is
just "not sexy enough".. sorry.
