After a period of transfer problems, we now seem to have resolved everything
associated with the IPP project.
The IPP DL is up and working, the FTP archive and web server are also OK.
We discovered yesterday that a number of people had fallen off the IPP DL,
but that has been corrected today.
However, this means that I will resend a number of messages, which at least
some of you have seen before. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will mark those
as RESEND, so you can easily delete them if you got them earlier.
