The latest IPP Test Plan is version 1.1 and the URL is
ftp://www.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_TES/IPP-Test-Plan-980916.pdf

Version 1.0 ( ftp://www.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_TES/IPP-Test-Plan-980915.pdf
) was sent out yesterday to the IPP list.

The difference between 1.0 and 1.1 was the addition of some optional tests
for chunking and HTTP version interaction.

As always, comments are welcome. Please use version 1.1 for comments.
