The preferred way to report a problem with either of the Xerox IPP test
tools or Xerox-written scripts is via an email (with "TES" prefix in the
Subject) to *both* "ipp@pwg.org" and "xerox-ipp-tools@cp10.es.xerox.com".
Sending to "ipp@pwg.org" gives others a chance to comment, possibly
exposing issues with interpretations of the Model. By itself, however, it
does not guarantee the quickest possible fixes for bugs in the tools or
Xerox-written scripts.
Sending to "xerox-ipp-tools@cp10.es.xerox.com" will reach the Xerox tool
implementers and script writers directly (currently, the DL contains 3
individuals). If the person primarily responsible for the issue at hand is
not immediately available (vacation, illness, etc), the problem will still
be properly cataloged and tracked, and receive attention from the other
implementers.
