Ira is correct that the word "inherit" does not appear in
draft-ietf-srvloc-service-scheme-13.txt. However, the example at the
end of the document includes an illustration of how concrete types
inherit the attributes from abstract type templates.

Logically, since an abstract type without any concrete type cannot be
registered, the attributes for the abstract type have no
meaning unless they are inherited by the concrete type template.
We should probably make this explicit in the specification, however.
