Hi Hugo,

No notification system makes network wide unique integer subscription-ids
(that I've ever heard off). It's computationally very difficult.
The network unique subscription-id is ONLY available when concatenated
with the 'printer-uri' (NOT the ambiguous and untrustworthy=20
'printer-name'). Recipients MUST examine all the bindings of
a notification in order to interpret it correctly anyway.
