I found some errors while producing the INTERNET-DRAFT in the attribute
tables (since I had to edit the attribute tables to change from Landscape to
text/plain). I have corrected them. These errors were also in the IPP/1.0
version. In the process I replaced the 4 landscape tables with 5 portrait
tables, so I never have to convert the tables again.

So I reposted all of the files (with the same file names), plus the .txt
file for the INTERNET-DRAFT:

00.txt

ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_IIG/ipp-implementers-guide-990927-rev.pdf

If you already copied the .doc or .pdf files, please recopy them (sorry
about that).

Thanks,
Tom

INTERNET-DRA FT

I've produced the .pdf files that show the revisions from the 9/14 IIG
version reviewed at the Denver IPP WG meeting, 9/22/99, that Henrik made.

ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_IIG/ipp-implementers-guide-990927.doc

ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_IIG/ipp-implementers-guide-990927-rev.pdf

Here is the change history:

Changes from 990914 to 990927
1. Add comments about this document is also IPP/1.0 relevant.
2. Section 4.1.3: Add more examples of URI's with the port 631 and the
ipp scheme.
3. Section 4.4.3: Move the DNS stuff to the 'how to compare URI's.
4. Section 4.4.3.2: Swap lines, first tell about the forgiven printer
and then what the printer is allowed to do.

I'm still making the plain text version with the ascii tables that will be
the INTERNET-DRAFT for IPP WG Last Call.
