Hi Folks,

These two are highly relevant to our current work on IPP
notifications. RFC 2717 (Registration) is BCP 35 (Best
Current Practice - effectively an IETF mandatory std).
RFC 2718 (Guidelines) is Informational (but Harald
Alvestrand, IETF AD, and Larry Masinter, Xerox PARC,
are among the authors - so take *careful* note).
