    I did get your mail and I acted on it. I sent the template (and all
    the others) to IANA in December, and then again when I got your updated
    template. They are really slow right now. I'll let you know when I
    hear back from them. Sorry I didn't reply to you right away (I just
    went off and did the right thing the next day :).
