I've just posted an updated version of 'IPP Notifications over SNMP' to
the PWG server (for the upcoming PWG meeting in Japan in April):

to specify that US English keywords are used in 'jmEventTriggerEvent',
'jmEventPrinterState', and 'jmEventPrinterStateReasons' objects
and thus no explicit natural language tagging is required.
