More a question than a request:
Do we want to add a predefined keyword like
'device-setting'
to all four lists?

I can well imagine that a driver/client is intending to let the device decide where to pull the media from.
This would represent the typical 'auto' setting.

While I consider it very unusual for media sizes (we would add it more for consistency), I can well imagine the use of it for the other media attributes.
This is usual behavior of today's drivers.
