Hi folks,

This RFC was written by W3C folks to specify a (simple, but complete)
mapping of W3C Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) over the recent
IETF Blocks Extensible Exchange Protocol (BEEP), RFC 3080 (March 2001).

Note that SOAP over BEEP would be dramatically faster than SOAP over
HTTP/1.1, due to BEEPs efficient channel management (versus HTTP).

Worth looking at.
