These were things discussed on some telecon and in the issues list.
I put then in, since they seemed like non-controversial things.
We can discuss them further at the upcoming JMP meeting.
The jmJobSetName will be the queue name, the printer name or the
server name, depending on how job sets are realized. I've added
a bunch of text to explain things that people are having trouble
understanding in the Internet Draft which I am still trying to
convert to plain text.
