Thanks for this summary list. My comments:

1) 'jobSourceChannelType' - request we add this attribute parallel to
'jobSourceChannelIndex' for support of systems which don't implement
the Printer MIB - also much more useful attribute for accounting;

2) 'jmJobKOctertsRequested' - spelling error;
