I fixed the date being too long BEFORE sending the .txt version to the IETF
as pointed out by Ira. The current lines are:

jobmonMIB MODULE-IDENTITY
LAST-UPDATED "9902190000Z"
ORGANIZATION "Printer Working Group (PWG)"

Yes, we are trying to get the version 1.0 MIB published as an RFC as
agreed over a year ago. It may be either an Informational or Experimental
RFC.
