NOTE: Since PDM has been approved as a working group of PWG, the file
storage area will move to the root of the working directory tree, to
/pub/pwg/pdm... The directory structure will change slightly, also.
- Existing files will remain in place in the old directories.
- Existing files will also be copied to the new directories.
- New files will be posted *only* to the new directories.
The migration will occur in the next few days.
