The client software for LiveMeeting needs to be updated (yes, again).
Please do this in advance of the next concall so that we don't lose a
large part of the meeting while people download and install the new
client (16MB).

Try to connect to the usual LiveMeeting site. You can do this at any
time, even if the meeting is not being broadcast. You should be
prompted to download and install the new client.
